Nigel has just completed installing electrics to my summer house in the garden to make it a usable space and an additional room to the main house. From the first time I spoke to Nigel, he was polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful and I have found him to be one of the most accommodating and reliable professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. For the week he was here completing the work, he was part of the family, which I think is really important and it was a pleasure having him here. Nigel offered ideas and options when he first attended to discuss the work I wanted doing and he provided a very reasonable quote very quickly. Each day Nigel arrived on time and left the area spotless when he left. I changed a couple of ideas after Nigel had started the work however, he was very flexible and happy to change his plan to accommodate those ideas. Nigel genuinely cares about people and wants to ensure they are happy with everything he does. Even when I had a query outside of normal office hours, Nigel responded. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my closest friends and family. Thank you so much Nigel.
